This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Number Square (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Tyler Madonna ("Developer").
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application utilizes Apple's Game Center for user sign in and to display items such as high scores. In the score board feature of this application, your Game Center username and high score may be displayed to other users of the Application. Game Center is maintained by third parties who are not affiliated with and/or controlled by the Developer.
You can disable Game Center for the app by going to Settings -> Number Square -> Uncheck the Game Center Toggle.
You can disable Game Center for all apps by going to:
iOS 11/12: Settings -> Game Center -> Uncheck the Game Center Toggle
iOS 13: Settings -> Game Center -> Sign Out

In addition, the information you provide us when you contact us for help will only be used to provide you with support. Any information you provide will be discarded within 7 days of the resolution of the issue.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
The Application utilizes Apple's Game Center for user sign in and to display items such as high scores. Information such as Apple username and password may be provided to Apple for these purposes. Use of the Application and Game Center is subject to Apple's privacy policies and the Game Center terms and conditions.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information of the device?
The Application does not collect information about the location of your mobile device.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can disable Game Center for the app by going to Settings -> Number Square -> Uncheck the Game Center Toggle.
You can disable Game Center for all apps by going to:

Children
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at developer@madonnaapps.com. We will provide support for deleting this information from Game Center.
Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
